Referrals and recommendations are often a great way to identify the strongest candidate for a particular role. If you feel a role may not be quite right for you but perfect for a colleague, or whether you know someone who is unhappy in their current position and is actively looking for a change, we would be happy to speak with them.
As a token of our appreciation for these referrals we offer a £500 (or local currency equivalent) reward for every referral made and successfully placed.
An introduction to the referred candidate should be made to initiate contact and if they are placed within one of our clients organisations, the reward payment will be made upon the day they start their employment.
Payments will not be made if we are already in contact with the candidate or if their details are currently held in our database.
